Brother's Pizzeria

After giving up pizza for lent, the first thing I was craving when I woke up this morning was a pineapple pizza. As I am visiting my parents in Wyckoff, New Jersey I wasn't sure where to go. My usual favorite, Rosario's in Midland Park, is closed on Mondays so I thought I would give Brother's a try---and I was plesently surprised!

The sauce was delicious, the crust was not too thick and not too thin, and the cheese and pineapple together created the perfect combination of sweet and savory. I will definitely order from here again the next time I'm in town!

Ode to Pizza

Pizza is one of my all time favorite foods. I will eat it cold. I will eat it hot. I will eat it with pineapples on it. I will eat it covered with veggies. I like pizza so much that I recently gave it up for a month and a half. During this time I fantasized about pizza and had to wipe the drool from my mouth every time I saw a gooey, melty slice. Now that I am back and ready to reintroduce the pizza pie back into my life, I have made it my personal mission to try all different types of pizza and to give my descriptive, yet honest opinion. This blog is for all pizza lovers, and I welcome suggestions for new and interesting pizzas to try! Salute!
